Things to Try
Power the computer Off and then On, and note that only one instruNet program can run at a time.
Upgrade to the latest iNet32.dll, per the instructions here (this is free).
If you suspect the crash involves the i2x0/i60x controller, please proceed with the steps outlined here.
Email to your instruNet supplier a "iNet32 Diagnostic Report.txt" diagnostic Report.
Notice this diagnostic report is generated a little differently from the traditional instruNet World
Report button, since
we are assuming instruNet World crashes before that button becomes available.
